Modded out, this pedal rocks!

This pedal will sound amazing with a little 'saturday afternoon' shop work! I modded my pedal starting with the "Bitmo" mod package (bought online) that supplies a cap and a resistor for the tube socket; I then replaced the tone, level and drive caps with orange drops at values .47 and .33; the drive cap used is a .01 and has an added resistor that tapers the release (exact value here I don't know, since I experimented with a variety and I don't read their values by the color coded stripe); If you get this pedal, do the mods if you have some basic solder skills...but the inside circuit board is way tiny to work on and soldering has to be very clean and precise or you risk either damaging the board or working the 'stapled' attaches loose. Then, you'll have a tube overdrive unit that sounds totally amazing. Handle this unit with care, as iy is not constructed like a tank at all..but well worth every penny!!
