Speaking of recording, with the Bugera Magician - you don't need amp modeling software, direct boxes, multi-effect modeler pedals or even microphones to capture a great recorded guitar tone. The Magician has a dedicated Record Out on the back with a level control. Simply set your amp how you'd like it, plug a line cable between the amplifier and your recording interface or mixer and you've got your tone. Late night home recordists now have access to all tube guitar tone for silent recording without shelling out the big bucks for one of those multi-tube preamp units.
