The G5120 Electromatic Series Hollow Body Electric Guitar by Gretsch is the definition of cool. The vibe of Rock and Roll's Golden-Era is built right into this axe. Hollow body electric tones flow in copious amounts. All of the features from the original guitars designed in the 50's and 60's are present and accounted for. The big hollow body provides all of the beautifully resonant tone that you would expect from a guitar built for everything from clean pop tones to edgy blues sounds to rockabilly twang or pristine jazz. The G5120 can do it all. Its capabilities are due, in part, to the use of maple in the body and neck which combines with the large hollow body design to produce brilliant highs along with booming lows and a strong midrange that cuts through any mix with punch and clarity. Also included are 22 medium jumbo frets, vintage style tuners and a pair of Gretsch's humbucking pickups to contribute to that "Great Gretsch Sound". Add a Bigsby Tremolo system and all of the bases are covered.
