The box is then sealed and ready for FedEx processing.  Notice that the guitar is in a box, that box is then floating in peanuts in a second box.  Also our guitar shipping boxes are double wall (2 Layers thick) cardboard that is rated at 200lb burst proof.  Notice the double flaps on the ends for added protection.
