Just wanted to tell you that you guys are AMAZING!!! I ordered a guitar, amp, cable, ect. a little while back and am pleased with everything. Shipping only took not even a week, everything was in perfect condition, and the toll-free number answered ALL my questions!!! I wasn't to sure if I wanted to buy any effects pedals from this site being I can just walk up my hill to the music store... and so I went there. $85 for a BOSS DS-1 pedal!!!! Thats preposterous!!!! Here at W.M.S. its only $38!!! I think I made my choice! Im telling you, your site is by far the most AMAZING online music store I've ever visited!!! I'll be sure to order here again! =)

I bought this EAN70C Takamine from your about a week ago. I must say that I did NOT get what I expected. I honestly expected a longer wait and not quite as prompt of service. THANKS for the speed of processing. Unbelievable customer service.
I bought the Takamine with the assumption that I would be able to return it or exchange it should I not like it for any reason . . . THAT AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN. The guitar is like your service, MORE than I expected. I think Takamine has outdone itself on these naturals. Great guitar and service. THANKS.

Thank you for providing me with an opportunity to share my 'OVATION' experience.
I have played Ovation exclusively since 1971 when I purchased my Glen Campbell signature. I also owned what I called the Mac Davis Songwriter Supreme and now I own a Celebriy Deluxe. (Courtesy of World Music Supply).
Whenever I have been pickin' and grinnin' with other guitarists, I have usually always been the only one with an Ovation, and it has always been a conversation piece and everyone at the jam has just had to play mine. This has always surprised me since Ovation is sooooo affordable.
I can remember back in the 60's when I bought all of those magazines that contained all the song lyrics for the hits of that time, and saw the Ovation ads in the back of the books.It was like a rack of guitars hanging on a wall, with the Ovation sticking out like a sore thumb. I think the slogan was something like "We're the black sheep of the family" or something like that.
Then along comes The Glen Campbell Goodtime hour and voila! Ovation! I love Glen's music to this day and he is the reason I began playing Ovation to begin with. Glen Campbell is to Ovation what Sir Paul is to Hofner. You just can't picture one without the other.
Again, thank you all for allowing me to share this.
Prayerfully when you see my band on tour, all of us will be armed with an Ovation.

Your knowledge of guitars and recommendations were darn good.
I own several guitars, three Godins, a C.F. Martin, Hamer, Ibanez, Washburn and a Crestwood. The guitar is an exceptionally well made guitar. After putting new strings on it (I do that with all guitars) and setting it up, which didn't take much, it plays just like I expected it to. The neck is straight, the intonation was perfect and I made a slight adjustment to lower the action.
Bottom line ..... I'm a happy customer. In addition, the next time I'm looking for musical products, I will check out your Website, "WorldMusicSupply.com".

The EXO drumset has a good price but it comes in two boxes & one got lost in the mail. Instead of me waiting until it was found, they send me new one and other drums was send back to them. They also gave me free t-shirt for my trouble even tho it wasn't their fault! Good man!

Just received the Washburn X10 Pack that we ordered for our son. Ordered Wednesday night and delivered Friday before noon. Man you guys are fast. Unpacked everything and plugged it all in and everything is working fine. Waiting for an excited call from my son when he gets home from school and sees it sitting there. ...For the record I got my guitar on Friday July 12th and couldn't be happier with it!! The sound is incredible for such an inexpensive guitar. Then to get a free hardshell case and free shipping on top of that!! You guys are truly a blessing to the poor musicians out there. I went to a local music shop and the exact same guitar was $399.99 plus tax without a hardshell case!! (an extra $99.99 plus tax) With you guys, I saved over $250!! Though I don't have a lot of extra spending cash, you guys have my future business and the business of those within my realm of influence!!

I have been dealing with 00000000's 00000d for some time, and didn't know about your company until recently. I ordered an Ovation guitar yesterday from you. Your price was $379.99. 00000000's 00000d sells the same guitar, per their latest catalog, for $599.00. I found it hard to believe that I was actually getting the guitar for that price. Until this morning, when it arrived - the day after I ordered it. Your company is really providing a service. From now on, I'll check with you FIRST.

All: I purchased a Takamine EG280RS last week and it arrived yesterday. It is a birthday gift for my wife. I presented it to her last night and she loves it. The color and finish is absolutely beautiful. I'm not a guitarist but it sounded real good to me when she played it. We hooked it up to her amp and it sounded great with that as well.
