Customer Responsibility: Customer shall be responsible for his or her own actions and their children in using this web site or purchasing from Sight & Sound Prod, Inc. DBA: World Music Supply.
NSF Checks: Any NSF, fraudulent, or closed account check, you will be turned over to our 3rd party collection agency.
Wire Transfers: Wire transfers are non-refundable. Store credit will be issued instead.
Credit Card Dispute: Any customer who accepts a shipment, retains control over the property in his/her possession, then initiates a credit card dispute may be committing Criminal Conversion which may entitle us to triple the value of the item for trouble damages. Even though your card issuing bank may allow you to dispute a charge, does not mean you are not committing a crime. Any credit card reversals while the customer retains the items will result in civil action in St Joseph County Indiana, as well as criminal report will be filed.
Call us First: We ask that you contact us directly to resolve any matters before pursuing any other from of action. .
Ownership: The transfer of ownership occurs at the time we hand the merchandise to the carrier for transport. After such time, the customer is entitled to our return policy, and all manufacturers warranties. The customer shall release and indemnify Sight & Sound Prod, Inc. its agents, affiliates, employees, and suppliers from any and all liability including but not limited to: Delayed shipment, delayed delivery, back order, malfunction, defect, damages, injury or death from use, abuse, or misuse, statements of specifications or usability, estimations on shipment, or delivery time/date.
Dispute: In the event of a dispute, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable costs of collection including attorney’s fees, and court costs. The parties agree that in the event of a dispute between the parties, said dispute shall be filed in the State of Indiana in St Joseph County.
Enclosure & Agreement: Customer agrees by placing an order either over the phone, electronically or through mail to all terms, policies, and conditions contained within this web site and that all terms of agreements between the parties are contained within www.worldmusicsupply.com. Any other agreements must be in writing between the parties.
