Fender Special Edition

The Special Edition Series from Fender is a showcase of many outside-the-box guitars, several of which boast bodies made of beautiful koa, lush spalted maple and even ash woods. The most popluar of the Special Edition guitars is also one of the tamer cats in the club - the Lite Ash Stratocaster. A bit of a mixed-bag, the Fender Special Edition Series also includes an Aerodyne Classic Stratocaster with a matching painted headstock and a cutting-edge body profile, a Custom Telecaster with a gorgeous flamed maple top, and sleek-as-night black and chrome Jaguars. Fender even produces a rare 12-string Stratocaster, which is available by special order only.
