Q: Your prices are very low…Are these factory seconds, b-stock or used models?
Everything we sell is new with full factory warranty where applicable. In the rare event we sell a manufacturer's b-stock item, it will be clearly advertised as such. How do we do it? Its simple… volume, and lots of it! Prices are subject to change without notice. Not responsible for typographical errors.

Q: Do you match prices?
We absolutely make every attempt to meet or beat our competition.  If you find a lower advertised price, give us a call. If the competitor doesn't have the item in-stock, how can we match what is not available.  If any price match (before or after the sale) puts us at a loss, there will be no price match. 

Q: What about after the sale price match?
In the event you find the same item publicly advertised at a lower price within 30 days of invoice date in stock from a competitor you may receive in stock (non-closeout non-homepage special) merchandise for the difference plus shipping. Price guarantees do not apply to the following items: close outs, b-stock, open box, auction sites, search engine or shopping site prices, non factory authorized websites, used items, clearance items, home page special items, manufacturer discontinued items, Items where Map (Minimum Advertized Price) has been removed by a manufacturer, Items below manufactures Map price, items under $100.00, phone quotes, email prices, or any item outside the 48 us states (Items defined as: purchased items, items on our website, or competitors). Any post-sale price match that has been approved will be awarded in the form of free merchandise, that is in stock in our warehouse and excludes items that show available but are drop shipped items or items on our close out or home page specials. We do not issue account credit, the items must be chosen at the time of price match which must be requested within 30 days of invoice (10 days from invoice date for price changes atwww.worldmusicsupply.com) Price matching merchandise value may not apply to shipping costs which must be paid for by the customer. The maximum price match per customer shall be limited to the lesser of 10% of the purchase price or one hundred dollars in merchandise per 30 days.

Q: I don’t see the item I am looking for on your web site; is it available?
We have literally hundreds of thousands of items available and only a fraction of these are listed on our website. For anything not found on our site, give us a call.

Q: Who is World Music Supply?
World Music Supply is a division of Sight & Sound Productions, Inc which owns but operates independently: World Music Supply and Sight & Sound Music Center and other business ventures outside the music industry. World Music Supply then grew into a formidable online business in the early 21st century by having informative, helpful customer service reps, great prices and the ability to deliver gear to all (well, most) corners of the world. Unlike many web sites who list no address at all, or a PO Box at best, we have no reason to hide from you. Q: I live outside the USA, can I pay by credit card?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards for destinations outside the USA or Canada. Please see our international policies.

Q: How will I know if an item is back ordered?
Occasionally, an item will be backordered and our website will not reflect the proper status. This is typically caused by our stock on a particular item having been recently depleted and upon contacting the manufacturer; we learn that the item won't be immediately available. This is rare but it does happen from time to time. The best way to ensure that the item you want to order is in stock is to call to check availability and then immediately place your order. All items are first come, first serve.

Q: What if I want to change my order after I placed it?
You can change your order as long as it has not been processed by our shipping department by calling us toll free at 1 800 867 4611. Once it has processed, you are still entitled to our return policy upon receiving it.  Once items are labeled for shipping, they are palletized and loaded on trucks therefore we cannot stop our shipping process to unload the trucks to find your package.  We begin processing orders for shipment upon opening, and during peak season will process orders around the clock.

Q: What about warranty?
All products are covered by manufacturer’s warranty (where applicable). We will assist you with obtaining warranty service. Sometimes there may be a warranty center near you for faster service. If there is no warranty center near you, you may send the item to us for warranty service. Shipping charges will apply. See shipping and return policy for more details.  The warranties are issued by the manufacturer, and not by us.  We are not authorized to make warranty decisions on there behalf without getting prior approval. 

Q: Is my credit card & information secure… is it safe?
Our site contains a registered security certificate that is only issued after extensive research of our company by an outside source. Your information is confidential and we do not distribute or sell your information to anyone for any reason. Please see our privacy statement.
