The Ultra
2071 offers the best of both the acoustic and electric worlds, with features
such as Ovation's Deep Contour GS body, scalloped LX bracing, soft V" neck
profile, and the OP Pro preamp making it one of the best values in the
mid-priced acoustic-electric market. Other notable features include an AA grade
solid Sitka spruce top, classic Ovation Abalone rosette, rosewood fingerboard
and Ovation High Output pickup.
Ultra models begin as sub-assemblies crafted at Ovation's offshore factory. Once
basic construction is finished, sub-assemblies are shipped to Ovation's New
Hartford, CT workshop, where their team of skilled craftsmen carries out final
assembly and set-up.
