Most motor freight lines will not deliver to a residence. You must be able to unload this item off the truck. The semi driver may or may not assist in unloading the item off the back of the truck. The items will likely come on a wooden pallet which will be yours to do as you please (even if you don't want it). The business must be a legitimate business zoned commercial. A business operating out of a residence will not be considered a business location for shipping. The manner of delivery is not the same as with UPS or DHL. There is no tracking number because they use weightbill numbers and often will not trace a shipment that is not late or overdue. Delivery transit times are subject to the trucking company's delivery schedule. If they do not have anything going to your area, it may sit for a few days until they do. That is how it works. We make no guarantee as to a specific delivery date or time on motor freight deliveries. Typically the freight line will call you prior to delivery (but not always).
