Washburn Guitars

Washburn began making guitars in 1883 in Chicago, IL. Their history is deeply rooted in American music & culture, as their guitars got their first taste of the spotlight from groundbreaking Chicago blues musicians in the 1920's. Over the years, Washburn has been responsible for several remarkable innovations, including the Buzz Feiten Tuning System. Washburn now manufactures electric guitars, acoustic guitars, electric basses, acoustic basses, banjos, mandolins, and travel guitars. Their instruments are used by professional musicians of all genres, all over the world.
