purchases only. Free shipping amount is based on pre-tax
total. If any portion of a free shipping order is returned, the normal
shipping fees will be deducted from any refunds or credits. Offer is for a
limited time and subject to change without notice. Not all items qualify
for the free shipping special. Those items may include, but are not
limited to:
-Large, heavy, bulky, or oversized items, or items requiring special
packaging or that are of odd shape.
-Certain guitar amplifiers, speakers, power amplifiers, trussing,
congas, drum sets, guitar cabinets, large mixing consoles, fluids,
equipment cases, or any item of considered large or heavy at our
discretion.
In the event no shipping charges are shown due to technical error or
oversight on a large or heavy item, an email will be sent for customer to
approve shipping rate prior to processing.
