NO! Everything we sell is 100% new with full factory warranty. In the rare event we sell a second or b-stock item, it will be VERY clearly labeled as such. How do we do it? Its simple… volume, and lots of it! Prices are subject to change without notice. Not responsible for typographical errors.
Q: Do you match prices?
We would like to think that most people have to match our prices… not the other way around. It is of course possible that a better price exists on a particular item from time to time. It may be simply a matter of manufacturer specials that we don’t have posted on the site yet. Give us a call and we would appreciate the opportunity to meet or beat our competition... Not only in price, but in service too!!!!!.
Q: I don’t see the item I am looking for on your web site, Is it available?

Unlike many web sites who list no address at all, or a PO Box at best, we have
no reason to hide from you. We are here 7 days a week with toll free

Q: I live outside the USA, can I pay by credit card?
We do not accept online orders for destinations outside the USA
or Canada. There are no exceptions so please
don't ask. Please see our international policies by

Q: How will I know if an item is back ordered?
You will receive an email or call likely the same day if an item is back
ordered.
Q: Why doesn't your web site show item availability?
It is not that simple. It is easy to show, but impossible to assure
accuracy. The problem is if we have 3 units in stock and 15 people
adding it to their cart. Is it still in stock? How many should we
say we have? In theory, none are sold yet right? It is an
unfortunate fact that people still think that computers are smart and can
account for situations like that. If someone at the supermarket
puts a case of soda in their cart, they could buy it, later put it back, not
have enough money at checkout, credit card decline, etc. The
supermarkets computer still shows it on hand. Compound that
situation with thousands of people on a site at the same time often looking at
the same items, and adding and removing things from their cart just for the
fun of it or to see shipping costs. We simply cant count something as
sold until the card charges & the item ships. Between the time the customer
places the order online, and shipping many things can hold up an order
(declined card, security, fraudulent order). We cant take it out of
inventory until an order actually processed. Orders over the phone are
"real time" & orders online are taken first come first served.
Q: What if I want to change my order after I placed it?
You can change your order as long as it has not been shipped by calling us toll free at 1
800 867 4611. Once it has shipped, you are still entitled to our return policy upon receiving it.
Q: What about warranty?
All products are covered by manufacturers warranty (where applicable). We will assist you with obtaining warranty service. Sometimes there may be a warranty center near you for faster service. If there is no warranty center near you, you may send the item to us for warranty service. Shipping charges will apply.
