Gold Plan Details
The World Music Supply Gold Plan gives you coverage to know that If your item fails due to a malfunction or any kind of defect we can get you back to playing. We cover the Repair Cost or Replacement Cost, and Return Shipping Costs to you! The Gold Plan covers defective items within the coverage period to save you time, money, and costly expenses to repair or replace your item. The Gold Plan is more than just a warranty plan. It goes far above and beyond what most manufacturer's warranties will cover. Gold Plan coverage is available on most of the products we sell to give you the best performance out of the products you purchase from World Music Supply.
The World Music Supply Gold Plan steps in and offers repairers or replacement for up to 3 years. The Gold Plan goes beyond the manufacturer's warranty coverage and connects your warranty right to us. If your product fails, we will help you get back to playing.
Term of Service:
This warranty is to the original purchaser for a period of time established at the time of purchase declared on the customer's invoice. One year plans begin on the invoice date and ends one year from invoice date. Two year plans begin on the invoice date and ends two years from invoice date. 3 year plans begin on the invoice date and end 3 years from the invoice date. Product must be received at our location on or before the end date.
When eligibility is determined an RMA# is issued for return along with a copy of your original receipt and your original WMS Gold Plan Form. Make sure to package it well. When the product is received back it will either be repaired or replaced at our option. We will pay the return shipping (for contiguous 48 United States). For customers outside the 48 Contiguous United States, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Customer must keep and retain the original Gold Plan Coverage form. These are marked in various ways to ensure they are the original and not counterfeit. Your Gold Plan for will come with your shipment if shipped to you from our warehouse. If you item drop ships to you directly from the manufacturer your Gold Plan for will be mailed to you. If you do not receive it within 30 days, you must call us for a replacement. After 30 days no replacement shall be provided. Keep your Gold Plan form in a safe place, without it no-coverage shall be provided.
What is Covered:
The World Music Supply Gold Plans covers defective items as well as malfunction due to manufacturer's defects and the cost to ship your item to you. The GoldPlan covers things like defective guitar necks, guitar pickups, turning keys, tremolos, internal and external power supplies, switches, potentiometers, internal wiring, internal electronic components, motors, sliders, faders, and more. If your item malfunctions or is defective within the period of your Gold Plan, simply call us at 1-800-867-4611 to talk to a representative for an RMA (return merchandise authorization). When an eligible product is repaired or replaced we will pay the shipping (for contiguous 48 United States) to get it back to you.
Malfunction is defined as "The mechanical or electrical failure of the product caused by defects in material or workmanship by the manufacture."
